Here are a few questions to think about when determining if our services are a fit for your business needs.

• Do you currently have a marketing plan?
• What marketing efforts have you tried in the past that have worked for you?

• If being consistent with your marketing is your biggest challenge, what is it that you need to be more consistent with? Is it the follow up on leads? Making sure you are connecting with your core 20? Connecting with past clients? Soliciting new business, new markets?

Lead Management
• Do you find that the follow up game, sales process and marketing implementation takes up more time than you have?

• What would you want your speaker representative to accomplish on your behalf?

Compensation
Speakermania requires a monthly retainer plus commission on each booking we secure on your behalf. The retainer is due by the 7th day of each month and the commission is due when you receive the deposit and signed contract from the client. Please call to discuss the current retainer fee and commission structure.
